HANNIBAL, MISSOURI, (September 3, 2024) – The Hannibal Board of Public Works (HBPW) will hold a Special Board Meeting and Public Rate Hearing on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the HBPW Conference Center at 3 Industrial Loop Drive. The purpose of the meeting and public hearing is to discuss rate increases.
