Hannibal Board of Public Works chooses new General Manager
May 16, 2018 – Hannibal, MO – The Hannibal Board of Public Works Board of Directors announced their selection for General Manager. The General Manager was selected during the closed session of the May 15th Board meeting.
Heath Hall, HBPW Director of Operations and interim General Manager, has accepted the permanent position as General Manager. Hall has been with the utility since 2001, where he has been the Director of Operations for the past eleven years, and was the Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant Facilities Engineer for six years.
Hall will now be responsible for the overall mission, management, and administration of the Hannibal Municipal Utility System in accordance with the City of Hannibal’s policies, ordinances, rules, and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
