The Hannibal Board of Public Works will be hosting a Public Hearing to discuss water rate adjustments that will take affect January 1, 2019. This water rate adjustment is the first in a series of proposed water rate adjustments that will help fund the granular activated carbon system project that was voter approved in 2016.
