On April 2nd, citizens of the City of Hannibal will vote whether or not the HBPW will move forward with the implementation of a stormwater fee structure for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, maintaining, and improving the City’s stormwater system.

The Hannibal Board of Public Works invites the community to a public meeting where HBPW staff will be available to answer questions regarding Proposition S.

There will be an additional public meeting on the same topic on Thursday, March 28th at Council Chambers starting at 6:30 PM.
