The Hannibal Board of Public Works Board of Directors will meet for a Special Board Meeting to discuss the 2 megawatt Hannibal Airport Solar Project, the 5 megawatt Purchase Power Agreement from Solar, and the Bear Creek Dam Outfall Maintenance Project.
