The Fourth of July holiday may have started off gloomy, but we didn’t let it rain on our parade! We sure were relieved the rain stopped right before the parade kicked off at 10:00 a.m. in Downtown Hannibal. We thank everyone who came out to enjoy the parade and celebrate the holiday as a part of National Tom Sawyer Days!
