On Monday, July 15th, the Hannibal Board of Public Works formally welcomed Darrell McCoy to the Board of Directors. Darrell was officially sworn in by Hannibal Mayor, Barry Louderman, at the monthly Board of Directors meeting on Monday. We welcome Darrell and look forward to working with him during his tenure as a board member!
