A boil order has been issued for Hannibal residents in the Oakwood area. On Tuesday morning, a 6 inch water main broke on 36th St. Repairs have been completed at this time. The areas affected are 36th St. (from Mildred to Hamilton), Hamilton to Price, Susan Dr., Frank, and Nancy St. The order is in effect from 12/6/11 at 12:00pm to 12/8/11 to 12:00pm.
