The Hannibal Board of Public Works will be holding two public meetings regarding the upcoming August election. The meetings will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at 7:00p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall and Thursday, August 1, 2013, at 10:00a.m. in the HBPW Conference Center.
