Members of the American Public Power Association, such as the Hannibal Board of Public Works, receive Public Power Magazine as part of their annual dues payments. This magazine is published eight times a year by the APPA, and reaches more than 2,000 community-owned electric utilities nationwide.
We at the Hannibal Board of Public Works were honored to be recognized in the May-June 2014 issue for the efforts our utility has put forth in improving upon current technology and cultivating community relationships.
