The Hannibal Board of Public Works Water Department will be closing 36th Street, Hannibal beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 4th to replace an existing water service. Work will continue throughout the day and should be complete by late afternoon. During construction, all traffic will be detoured using Mildred, Ruby, and Vivian streets.
