Hannibal Board of Public Works Welcomes New General Manager
The Hannibal Board of Public Works (HBPW) is pleased to welcome Kenneth Reasoner as the new General Manager. Ken accepted this position after the Board of Directors concluded their search earlier this year.
Mr. Reasoner comes to the HBPW from a 29 year career with City Utilities of Springfield MO where he was involved in nearly all aspects of the Utility including Director of Management Services, Director of Operations Analysis, Senior Financial Analyst, and Investment Analyst.
Reasoner will now be responsible for the overall mission, management, and administration of the Hannibal Municipal Utility System in accordance with the City of Hannibal’s policies, ordinances, rules, and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
